The practice is open:
Monday – Thursday, 8.00am – 6.00pm
Friday, 8.00am – 5.30pm
We are closed on weekends and Bank holidays.
Emergency appointments are reserved daily.

Treatment plans
We are pleased to be able to provide our patients with a bespoke, detailed treatment plan and quotation, for any dental work recommended.
Disabled access to the building & alternative formats for information
Due to the nature of our stepped front entrance we would ask you to please contact us and discuss your requirements for wheelchair access prior to your appointment. All practice facilities are available on the ground floor level.

Transport and parking
Our practice is located less than a 5 minute walk from Sloane Square tube station. Taxis and buses are readily available on Lower Sloane Street or in Sloane Square.
Metered parking spaces are available in the surrounding streets and the nearest car park is in Cheltenham Terrace, SW3 4QX.
Patient Confidentiality
Patient information is strictly confidential and the practice complies fully with the Data Protection Act. For access to your records please write to your dentist at the practice address or email enquiries@no8partnership.co.uk.
Patient Complaints Procedure

Fees & Payments
A list of treatment fees is published on our website. We will invoice you in line with your agreed treatment plan, where the payment terms are clearly shown. We kindly request that all invoices are settled promptly. Your payment can be made by:
By card:
We accept payment by debit and credit cards – including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please call our team on 020 7730 2500 to make a payment.
By electronic bank transfer:
We can accept payment via bank transfer, here are the necessary details:

Reference: Use your invoice number as the reference so we can link your payment to your invoice.
By cheque:
If you would like to pay by cheque, this should be payable to ‘The No8 Partnership’. Please write your invoice number on the reverse of the cheque and send this to the practice.
Cancellation policy
If you need to change an appointment, then please let us know as soon as possible by calling the reception team on 020 7730 2500, who will be happy to rearrange the appointment for you.
Where late cancellations are notified (including failing to attend without notification), with less than 24 hours notice being given, we reserve the right to apply a charge.
